Description

The Disaster Risk Management (Enforcement Measures) (No. 6) Order, 2020 was published on May 7, 2020.

The threat of the COVID19 virus instigated the Government of Jamaica's declaration of the entire island as a "disaster area" on March 13, 2020. Since then, Orders have been published in keeping with S. 26 of The Disaster Risk Management Act, 2015.
