The Disaster Risk Management (Enforcement Measures) (No. 4) Order, 2020 was published on April 23, 2020. This is the sixth Order by the Jamaican Government since March 13, 2020, following the declaration of the island as a "disaster area" - in keeping with S. 26 of The Disaster Risk Management Act, 2015 - in efforts to safeguard against the COVID19 virus.
The latest Order provides a loose framework for the re-entry of citizens to the island.
