The Disaster Risk Management (Enforcement Measures) (No. 4) Order, 2020 was published on April 23, 2020. An amendment was gazetted on April 28, 2020 with corrections to the previous publication, and an addendum reflecting the three (3) day extension of the 24-hour curfew set for the parish of St Catherine (originally meant to end on April 28, 2020). The Disaster Risk Management (Enforcement Measures) (No. 4) (Amendment) Order, 2020 is to be read as one with the previous publication or, "principal" order.
This is the seventh (7th) publication made by the Jamaican Government since March 13, 2020, following the declaration of the island as a "disaster area" in keeping with S. 26 of The Disaster Risk Management Act, 2015.
